Refund policy

At BestBuyPicks.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality personalized and office stamping products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the conditions below.

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, additional limitations may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Custom logo stamps
  • Custom embosser stamps
  • Custom wax seal stamps
  • Products with customer-provided artwork or text
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

If a personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace or refund the item.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, customized orders cannot be canceled.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact our support team.
